Avant de passer à la phase active de la préparation de votre mets, vous devez vous assurer que vous disposez de tous les éléments nécessaires dans votre cuisine. En un premier temps, vous pouvez procéder à un petit ménage pour nettoyer et ranger les divers ustensiles (notamment une cocotte, une louche, un plateau, un bol, etc.). Ensuite, rendez-vous au marché le plus proche de chez vous pour acheter les ingrédients nécessaires pour cette recette. En gros, voici les éléments utiles pour un repas de 4 personnes :

  • 500 g de moules surgelées ;
  • 10 g de tomates fraîches ;
  • 1 échalote ;
  • 2 blancs de poireau ;
  • 1 cuillère à soupe de persil plat ;
  • 1 dose de safran en poudre ;
  • 1 cuillère à soupe de crème fraîche épaisse ;
  • 30 cl de bouillon de volaille ;
  • 20 cl de bouillon de poisson ;
  • 1 filet d’huile d’olive ;
  • Du sel et du poivre.

Si vous hésitez sur la quantité d’un ingrédient à acheter, prenez-en suffisamment par précaution : vous pourrez utiliser le reste à une autre occasion.

La préparation de la soupe de moules au safran

Une fois tous les ingrédients rassemblés, vous pouvez maintenant vous occuper de la confection proprement dite. La préparation ne vous prendra que 20 minutes environ. Pour réussir votre soupe de moules au safran, voici les différentes étapes à suivre :

  • Pour commencer, pelez et hachez finement l’échalote ;

  • Ajoutez les bouillons et laissez mijoter pendant une vingtaine de minutes ;
  • Remuez le tout pour obtenir un mélange homogène, et ajoutez les moules ;
  • Laissez cuire pendant 7 à 10 minutes ;
  • Ajoutez ensuite la crème fraîche, le safran et mélangez encore ;
  • Laissez votre mets à infuser durant quelques minutes avant de vous servir.
  • Vous pouvez décorer la soupe avec du persil haché (au besoin, profitez aussi pour ajuster l’assaisonnement).

Pour réussir la recette de la soupe de moules au safran, suivez les différentes étapes que nous vous avons proposées plus haut.
