  • Mettez du beurre dans une poêle posée au feu pour le faire fondre ;
  • Faites frire les escalopes dans l’huile de chaque côté (prenez le soin de baisser le feu à mi-cuisson pour éviter que la chapelure ne brûle).
  • Pour finir, servez-vous : vous pouvez l’accompagner avec une salade frisée, des olives, des cornichons et des tomates.
